Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. You can select up to five samples for a flat fee to see the colors and textures in your own space before making a final decision.
How long will it take for my tiles to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. For regional areas, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we pack our tiles securely, breakages can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours and contact our support team with photos of any damage so we can arrange replacements.
Do you offer professional installation services?
TileCloud is a product supplier only. We do not provide installation services, but we recommend hiring a licensed tiler and can provide technical specification sheets for all our products.
How do I calculate how many tiles I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total area in square meters and adding a 10% wastage allowance to cover cuts, breaks, and future repairs.
What is your return policy for over-ordered stock?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
