Returns & Exchanges
At TileCloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-priced, stocked tiles. Please note that for logistical reasons, we can only accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your return is within 30 days of delivery and consists of at least one full, unopened box of tiles in resalable condition.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the quantity of boxes you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Arrange Transport
Carefully pack your tiles on a pallet or in secure packaging and arrange for a courier to deliver them back to our central warehouse at your own expense.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
